Some DEEP group representatives and friends from across Scotland came together in Edinburgh in January 2022.
It was a chance to celebrate friendship and how much has been achieved over the last two years by groups in Scotland. This includes the growth of STAND in Fife with plans to become a charity and a recipient of a Life Changes legacy grant in 2022.
Groups worked with Wales to create a Scotland version of ‘Knowledge is Power’. The development of a new Ecredibles research based group and new resources created by Alumni.
For many it was the first opportunity to come together in a meeting since lock down.
We shared what and how we had coped with the last two years. We talked about what were all doing and our hopes and dreams for the future of the DEEP values in Scotland. Please watch the short film below capturing the spirit of the day and read the report of the day here too.
