The Creake Encounters’ is an opportunity for a meet up for people living with dementia and we are celebrating 10 years of DEEP!
People are welcomed with a hot beverage and a delicious slice of cake.
The group has been going since February 2022 and its primary aim is to encourage people to socialise, laugh and have the odd debate about everything including living with dementia.
ON the 27th September we were joined by friends and supporters, including Mayor of Fakenham Angela Glynn, who has a long standing passion and interest in dementia and its impact on her community.
